Financing Terms

Additional Contractor Eligibility Requirements
  • Trade License (If Applicable): Contractor must hold a current and active trade license for the selected home improvement vertical, as required by the state.
  • Physical Business Location: A valid brick-and-mortar business location is required. Co-working or shared office spaces do not qualify.
  • Business Website: The business must have an active and operational website.
  • Customer Reviews: Contractor must maintain an average customer rating of at least 2.5 stars across major review platforms.
  • Better Business Bureau (BBB) Rating: The business must have a BBB rating of C or better. All complaints must be acknowledged and addressed. See BBB.
